Olympic weightlifting is the second pillar of cross-training. Highly technical in nature, Olympic weightlifting requires a combination of skill, coordination, and a determination to learn. When done properly and safely, weightlifting will provide athletes a full body workout and will build the strength and lean body mass that cross-training athletes require to succeed in this sport. La Victoire weightlifting classes are designed to progressively teach its members the movements and techniques for Olympic weightlifting. These classes are of equal value to new members with little to no experience and to more experienced athletes that are seeking to hone their skills.
